We recommend all new clients come to view the room and carry out their own independent risk assessment prior to booking with us.

The hirer will be responsible for using the room safely at all times and implementing appropriate government guidelines on working safely in an office environment in order to maintain the health and safety of themselves and their clients. Please do not attend if you have a cough, cold or fever.​

Booking & Cancellation

All bookings are provisional until payment is received in full. Bookings are only guaranteed once payment is received. In the event of cancellation we will refund your money with up to 48 hours / 2 working days (Monday – Saturday) notice less a 10% admin fee. Cancellations of 48 hours notice or less are refunded less 50% of the fee paid. In the event of cancellation with 24 hours notice or less payments are non refundable.

In the event of block bookings of 5 recurring or 5 consecutive days booking a 10% deposit will be taken with the amount deducted from the final invoice.

Failure to inform Rivoli Office Ltd. of a cancellation of a booking by the Hirer will result in the Hirer being charged in full.

Rivoli Office Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any hiring if payment has not been received.

Rivoli Office Ltd. reserves the right to make additional charges for use of facilities, services or time not agreed in advance.

Rivoli Office Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the hiring of Rivoli Meeting Room without paying compensation and without incurring liability in respect of such cancellation.

Rivoli Office Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any hiring for reasons of political unrest, strikes, terror (actual or perceived) or other events beyond our control.

Use of Rivoli Meeting Room

Rivoli Meeting Room is located in a residential building and we ask that you respect our neighbours and the property at all times, be mindful of noise levels and dispose of any rubbish in bins provided.

You must not use of Rivoli Meeting Room for illegal, obscene, immoral or defamatory purposes and the performance of music including singing is not permitted.

Smoking or Vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises. We ask those that wish to smoke / Vape to do so outside the main gates, with consideration for our neighbours and residents, and that all related waste is collected and disposed of in the refuse bins by the gates.

No flammable substances or naked flames (including candles) can be used on the premises.

The Hirer or their clients must not do anything that may interfere with the use of Rivoli Meeting Room by Rivoli Office Ltd. staff, themselves or by others.

The Hirer or their clients must not do anything that may cause loss or damage to Rivoli Meeting Room or any other part of the property at 59 Ladywell Road SE13 7UT where Rivoli Meeting Room is located.

Maintenance of Order 
The Hirer must accept responsibility for and agree to maintain good order during the time the Hirer is occupying and using the facilities in Rivoli Meeting Room. The Hirer must not do anything that may bring the name of Rivoli Meeting Room or Rivoli Office Ltd. into disrepute.

Right of Entry 
Rivoli Office Ltd. reserves the right of entry into Rivoli Meeting Room and the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from the premises without stating a reason.

Business Name
You must not use the name ‘Rivoli Meeting Room’ or ‘Rivoli Office Ltd.’ in anyway in connection with your business.

Indemnity, Damage & Liability
In the event of any damage to the premises or any of the furniture and equipment therein, whether by the Hirer or their guests/delegates, the expense of making good is the responsibility of the Hirer. The Hirer is liable at all times for the loss or damage to any of our furnishings, décor & equipment. The Hirer accepts responsibility for their equipment whilst on the premises. The Hirer will not connect any equipment (either directly or by Wi-Fi) to Rivoli Office Ltd. systems without permission from Rivoli Office Ltd.

The Hirer agrees to accept full responsibility for and to indemnify Rivoli Office Ltd. against all claims made in respect of any accident, loss or damage to any property brought into premises by the Hirer, the Hirer’s guests or any other person(s) invited by the Hirer or not who attends the premises in connection with the booking.

Rivoli Office Ltd. takes no responsibility for the security or insurance of company/ organisation/personal property left in charge of any person employed or authorised by Rivoli Office Ltd.

All property that has been brought into the premises by the Hirer or any person on their behalf for the purpose of or in connection with the hiring must be removed immediately after the hire. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to take out their own insurance, as Rivoli Office Ltd. is responsible for Public Liability cover only.

Rivoli Office Ltd. is not liable for any loss resulting from a failure to provide services during the hire period due to equipment breakdown or loss of utilities (power, water & Wi-Fi) to the premises. The Hirer must inform Rivoli Office Ltd. immediately of any problems with equipment, premises or loss of services and give us a reasonable time to put it right. Depending on the nature of any problem this will not necessarily be possible during the hire period.

Rivoli Office Ltd. will not under any circumstances have any liability for loss of business, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of or damage to date, third party claims or consequential loss whatsoever by the Hirer, the Hirer’s guests or any other person(s) invited by the Hirer or not who attends the premises in connection with the booking.
