We recommend all new clients come to view the room and carry out their own independent risk assessment prior to booking with us.

The hirer will be responsible for using the room safely at all times and implementing appropriate government guidelines on working safely in an office environment in order to maintain the health and safety of themselves and their clients. Please do not attend if you have a cough, cold or fever.​

Please get in touch to discuss the nature of your booking and the number of your party to see if our room is suitable for the size of your meeting. The number of people that we can accommodate will depend on the nature of your meeting, ie boardroom meeting, lecture style seating or standing networking event etc. so please get in touch to see if we are right for you at this time.
